gdniy Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gdniy ("we", "us", "the Platform"). They govern all aspects of your use of the gdniy website at gdniy.app, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games and betting markets, bonus claims, and any other interaction with the platform. Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or using any part of the gdniy platform.

By accessing the gdniy platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the gdniy platform. gdniy reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register an account and use the gdniy platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the platform in any capacity.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion request currently active on the gdniy platform, nor have had a previous account permanently closed for terms violations.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting are not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.

gdniy reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be under 21 years of age, their account will be immediately suspended, any winnings will be voided, and deposits will be refunded after investigation. It is the responsibility of the player — not gdniy — to ensure that their use of this platform is lawful in their location.

gdniy supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the platform's cashier page at the time of the transaction.

Deposits

• All deposits are processed in real time. gdniy does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits made by a payment method not registered in your name may be declined or subject to additional verification. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• gdniy reserves the right to reverse a deposit if it is identified as fraudulent, in breach of these Terms, or originating from a restricted payment source.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are available to players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts will be held pending the completion of KYC. gdniy will not be liable for delays caused by a player's failure to provide KYC documentation.
• Approved withdrawals are typically credited to the player's registered bKash or Nagad account within minutes. Processing times for Visa and Mastercard may take up to 3 business days.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the gdniy account. gdniy reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gdniy platform. Any player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all balances and winnings forfeited, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person without that person's full knowledge and consent.
• Using software, scripts, bots, or automated tools to interact with the platform in ways not intended by gdniy, including but not limited to automating bets, scraping odds data, or circumventing security measures.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, identity theft, or any other criminal activity through the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated exploitation of bonus terms.
• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during the KYC process, including using another person's identity or documents.

gdniy's determination as to whether prohibited conduct has occurred shall be final. If you suspect another player of engaging in prohibited conduct, you should report this to the gdniy support team. Reports will be investigated in confidence.

All content on the gdniy platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the property of gdniy or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the gdniy platform without the express written permission of gdniy. Game content provided by third-party studios such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, Ezugi, and Microgaming remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is licensed to gdniy for display on the platform.

gdniy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, gdniy will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by posting a prominent notice on the platform. The revised Terms will state the new effective date. Your continued use of the gdniy platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
